Profore Bandages

The Profore Multi-layer Compression Bandage System is a range of multi-layered compression bandage systems that provide sustained graduated pressure for up to 7 days.

Features:

Sustained graduated pressure - Designed to provide sustained graduated pressure, providing higher pressure at the ankle with decreasing pressure at the calf.
Up to 7 day wear time - Demonstrated to maintain effective levels of compression whilst being able to remain in place for up to 7 days.
Provides recommended levels of compression - Provides 40mmHg pressure at the ankle decreasing to 17mmHg just below the knee.
Demonstrated clinical efficacy - Shown to achieve complete wound closure in up to 72% of venous ulcers by 12 weeks and up to 84% by 24 weeks.
Patient comfort - Profore #1 padding layer is soft and conformable for ease of application. The absorbent properties reduce risk of maceration and irritation caused by excess wound exudate.
