Cutimed Siltec B Dressings

Cutimed Siltec B dressings are made for exudate management and are best suited for wounds with low to moderate exudate levels. Unlike standard Cutimed dressings, Cutimed Siltec B dressings do not require secondary layer for fixation as they already contain an adhesive layer, sealing the wound to keep it moist and to maintain an optimal environment for healing.
