These sterile Premierpore adhesive island dressings are ideal for use on wounds with low or moderate levels of exudates, including post-operative wounds.

The stretch non-woven material is latex-free with an SIS acrylic adhesive that provides a soft yet secure fixation.

The wound pad is covered with a low adherent film to enable easy removal and minimise wound adherence. Available in various dressing sizes.
