Emfilm Adhesive VP Dressing

Emfilm Adhesive VP dressings are sterile, self-adhesive, waterproof, transparent film dressings. Emfilm Adhesive VP dressings are latex-free, semi-permeable film membranes designed to protect against liquids, bacteria, and viruses, whilst maintaining optimal wound environments including good oxygen and moisture vapour exchange.

Transparent to allow wound assessment.
Good moisture vapour transfer rate.
Rounded edges to prevent early removal.
Bacterial barrier.

Indications for Use:

Low exuding wounds
IV sites
Skin tears or lacerations
closed surgical wounds
Over the top of hydrogels to debride

Application:

Cleanse and dry the wound.
Remove product from packaging.
Remove one release liner from the adhesive side of the dressing.
Place this side of the dressing onto the wound.
Remove the first top release liner smoothing the dressing as you go.
Repeat with the second face release liner.
