Emplin NA Absorbent Dressing Pads

Emplin NA Absorbent Dressing Pads are non-adherent absorbent dressing pads with perforated polyester film on one side. These dressing pads are ideal for low to moderately exuding wounds and can be used as an alternative to gauze dressings. The inner layers draw exudate from the wound and the non-adherent wound contact layer minimises the risk of the dressing adhering to the wound.

Indications for Use:

Low levels of exudate
Abrasions
Surgical Wounds
Skin Tears
Minor Burns

Application:

Gently clean and dry the wound and prepare wound area.
Open the packet and place the shiny side of the wound pad down onto the wound, ensuring a 2cm overlap.
Secure with appropriate fixation device.
