How to clear your Cookies & Cache

We've recently upgraded our website to make is faster and more secure, giving our customers a better-than-ever shopping experience. However, with every upgrade there's the inevitable teething issues or "bugs".

One issue we're seeing is that some regular customers cannot checkout - this is due to the browser being used storing previous data which is no longer relevant.

How to fix it

In most cases, a simple "Hard Refresh" will work to get the browser to re-read all the code for the website. You can do this by pressing Ctrl+Shift+R on your keyboard or Ctrl+F5 (Command+Shift+R on a Mac). Try it now...

Ctrl + F5

If that doesn't work, try:

Ctrl + Shift + R

How to fix it - properly...

In the rare case that the hard refresh doesn't work, it's usually because some of us are so busy and use our browser so much in our daily working lives, that there is a massive amount data in the browsing history that needs clearing!

Here's how to do it
