The Promotion
1. This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised and hosted by MidMeds.
2. The Promotion will run from 00.00 on 02 September 2024 (BST) up to and including 23:59 on 8 September 2024 the “Promotional Period”).
3. The Promotion is open to all UK residents aged over 18 or with the consent of a parent or guardian aged over 18. Employees and Trustees of MidMeds are unable to enter the competition.
Entry Requirements
4. To enter, participants must purchase a Blood Pressure Monitor during the Promotion Period from our range of Blood Pressure Monitors
The Prize
One winning participant (“The Prize Winner”) will win the value of their purchased Blood Pressure Monitor in the form of an account credit or refund. Where more than one Blood Pressure Monitor has been purchased, the most expensive one will be refunded. If more than one of the same Blood Pressure Monitor has been purchased, just one will be refunded.
The winners will be contacted directly by MidMeds and shared only on the official MidMeds social media pages:

5. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
6. The Prize Winner will be chosen and contacted via social media within 7 days of the closing date of 8 September 2024. The Prize Winner will have 7 days to respond and claim their prize. The Prize Winner must consent to their details being shared with MidMeds. If there is no response after 7 days, a new Prize Winner(s) will be chosen and contacted.
Promotional Rights
7. By submitting their entry to The Promotion, participants agree to grant MidMeds the right to free reproduction and exhibition of the entry in all media to promote MidMeds. The copyright of entry remains with the entrant.
8. Participants may be asked to take part in publicity activities, but their acceptance is not a requirement of the promotion.
9. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
